This Site does not collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient names, medical details, dates of birth, insurance information, or any other PHI through any form on this Site. Metrias handles PHI only under a separate, signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in the context of a paid engagement — never through this marketing website.

When you submit a contact or consultation form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and — optionally — your role, organization, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

We use privacy-conscious product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the Site is used — for example, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and device type. We configure analytics to create identified profiles only for visitors who submit a form.
